Admission Overview

G. D. Goenka Public School, Habra, a co-educational English medium institution following the CBSE curriculum, is now accepting admissions for the 2025-26 academic session. Admission forms are available from the school office for classes NURSERY To IX and XI(3 streams).

GUIDELINE

There will be no admission tests for the students of Standard I to Standard II. Admission will be granted on the basis of interaction with parents. It is compulsory for both the parents to be present on the day of interaction.

Admission to the students of Standard III To IX and XI(3 streams) will be granted based on admission test followed by interaction with student and parents.

Documents to be produced at the time of admission

Photocopy of Birth certificate duly attested by competent authority.
Photocopy of Aadhar card of the student and parents.
Transfer certificate(original) of the last school attended (from Standard II onwards)
Coloured Passport size photograph of the student (4copies) and parents (one copy each).

The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year will neither be refunded nor transferred to any other year.
Tuition fee has to be paid Quarterly only, no requests for monthly payment shall be accepted.
No student will be allowed to join / remain in school unless all outstanding dues and the current year's annual fees paid in full.
Fees can be deposited in advance.
Tuition fees from 1st Quarter / beginning of the session is required to be paid, irrespective of the date of admission.
The school reserves the right to revise the Tuition fees and Session/Annual fee keeping in view the price index and other relevant considerations.
The school reserves the right to revise the Transport fees keeping in view the fuel price index and other relevant considerations for smooth and effective operations of school buses.

The age appropriate classes would be as follows (Age will be calculated as on 01.01.2024)

Class V	For Class V, the age of 10 years and above but less than 11 years of age.
Class VI	For Class VI, the age of 11 years and above but less than 12 years of age.
Class VII	For Class VII, the age of 12 years and above but less than 13 years of age.
Class VIII	For Class VIII, the age of 13 years and above but less than 14 years of age.
Class IX	For Class IX, the age of 14 years and above but less than 15 years of age.
Class XI	For Class XI, the age of 16 years and above but less than 17 years of age.
